Bring any relevant blood test results with you (your GP will have a copy of them). A naturopath will often interpret your results differently, so these are an important part of your assessment. Bringing them along to your appointment also saves time and means you won’t have to have the same test repeated! Bring a complete list of all medications and dosages.
